This is a high-resolution 3D scan of the front end from a stock 1990 Toyota 4Runner (second generation). The front end geometry is consistent across 1989–1995 2nd gen 4Runners (with minor trim/year variations possible).

Important Disclaimers
  • These are real-world 3D scans (3mf mesh files), not clean parametric CAD models (no STEP, IGES, or editable solids/surfaces).
  • Expect typical real-vehicle imperfections: minor dust, surface noise, light rust/wear, small dings, or variations from wear/trim levels. It's very accurate for most custom fab work but not lab-grade precision.
  • Units are in inches (in). Set your CAD software (Fusion 360, SolidWorks, etc.) to imperial/inches when importing.
  • The scan comes as-captured (random orientation)—you'll likely need to rotate/align it to your preferred planes in your program.
  • For personal or your own business use only. Don't share, resell, or redistribute the files. All sales are final—no refunds on digital downloads.

    • You can't share, send, upload, sell, or give away the scan files themselves (or any copies/versions of them) to anyone else.
    • No refunds – digital downloads are final once you get the link.
    • It's "as-is" – real scans from a real truck, so there might be small imperfections (dust, rust, tiny variations). No guarantees it's perfect for every use. Use at your own risk.
    • We own the files – you're just getting permission to use them, not owning them.
