SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All products are built to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks from the date of purchase before your order ships.
LEAD TIME
Every bumper, rack, and fabricated part is built after you order it. We don't keep finished inventory. Standard lead time is 2–4 weeks. During busy periods this may extend — we'll communicate any delays directly.
SHIPPING METHODS
Most bumpers and parts ship via UPS Ground. For oversized items, we may ship freight to your nearest FedEx facility for pickup — we'll notify you in advance if this applies to your order. It is the customer's responsibility to pick up the shipment from the FedEx facility in a timely manner. Any storage fees incurred due to delayed pickup are the customer's responsibility. Digital products (3D scans and bumper plans) are available for immediate download after purchase and do not require shipping.
WHERE WE SHIP
We ship to the continental United States only. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available at our shop in Loomis, CA. We'll notify you when your order is ready. Our address is 6221 Angelo Ct, Loomis, CA 95650. Local customers can also inquire about installation — contact us at info@633fabrication.com for more information.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
All shipments are fully insured. If your order arrives damaged, this is the responsibility of the carrier. Please document the damage with photos and contact the carrier to file a claim. Reach out to us as well at info@633fabrication.com and we'll do everything we can to help resolve it.
SALES TAX
Sales tax is collected on orders shipping to California addresses in compliance with California state law. Orders shipping to other states are not currently subject to sales tax.
PRODUCT PHOTOS
Product photos on our website may show optional accessories, finishes, or configurations not included in the base price. Please review the product description and options carefully before purchasing.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By placing an order with 633 Fabrication you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing. You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU ORDER
Once your order is placed you'll receive an email confirmation. Production begins shortly after. We'll reach out if we have any questions during the build. When your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay, Affirm, and Klarna through Wix Payments. Buy now pay later options (Afterpay, Affirm, Klarna) are subject to their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies — please review those directly with the provider before using them. Availability of buy now pay later options may vary based on your age, location, and creditworthiness as determined by each provider.
DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
Digital products are delivered via download link sent to your email after purchase. If your download link fails or expires, contact us at info@633fabrication.com and we will resend it promptly. All digital sales are final once the file has been downloaded.
BUILT TO ORDER — CANCELATIONS
All fabricated products are custom built after your order is placed. Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of ordering. After that window, production may have already started and cancellations cannot be accepted.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS — FABRICATED ITEMS
Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns on fabricated items. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect caused by our workmanship, we will make it right at no cost to you. Contact us at info@633fabrication.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
We stand behind everything we build. If something isn't right on our end, we'll fix it.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS — DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All sales of digital products including 3D scans and bumper plans are final. No refunds are issued on digital purchases once the file has been downloaded.
WARRANTY
We warranty our products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, vehicle collisions, misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All 3D scan files, bumper plans, and digital products sold by 633 Fabrication are for personal use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, shared, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 633 Fabrication.
FITMENT RESPONSIBILITY
Our products are designed to fit the specific vehicle years listed in each product description. It is the customer's responsibility to verify their vehicle year, make, and model before ordering. We are not responsible for fitment issues caused by vehicle modifications, aftermarket body parts, or incorrect vehicle information provided at checkout. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering.
LEAD TIME DISCLAIMER
Lead times are estimates, not guarantees. We make every effort to meet the stated 2–4 week window but cannot be held liable for delays outside our control.
CUSTOM ORDERS
For vehicles not in our catalog or fully custom builds, contact us at info@633fabrication.com or use the Custom Bumper Builder on our website. Custom order terms will be discussed and agreed upon before production begins.
POWDER COAT COLORS
Standard products are available in bare steel or powder coated black. Custom powder coat colors may be available — contact us at info@633fabrication.com before ordering.
DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS
If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at info@633fabrication.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We'll respond within 2 business days and work to resolve the issue directly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact will be disputed with supporting documentation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
633 Fabrication's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
FORCE MAJEURE
633 Fabrication is a one-person shop. We cannot be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill orders caused by circumstances outside our control including but not limited to material shortages, equipment failure, illness, natural disasters, or supplier delays. In such cases we will communicate with you as soon as possible and work to resolve the situation.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from orders placed with 633 Fabrication shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Placer County, California.
POLICY CHANGES
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our website or placement of an order after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How long does it take to receive my order?
All products are built to order with a 2–4 week lead time. Once shipped via UPS Ground, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
How are your bumpers made?
We start by 3D scanning your vehicle's frame, mounts, and body lines for exact measurements. That data goes into CAD where every bracket and plate is designed to fit your specific truck. Parts are cut on our CNC plasma table and MIG welded by hand — one builder, start to finish. No templates, no guessing.
Does this fit my exact truck?
Each product listing specifies the exact year range it fits. If your truck has been modified — lifted, re-bodied, or has aftermarket fenders — contact us before ordering so we can confirm fitment.
Can I get a bumper for a vehicle not in your catalog?
Yes. Use the Custom Bumper Builder on our website to submit a quote request. We do fully custom one-off builds for customers local to Loomis, CA. Email us at info@633fabrication.com to get started.
What finish options are available?
Most products are available in bare steel (ready for primer and paint) or powder coated black. If you need a custom powder coat color, contact us at info@633fabrication.com before ordering.

Do you offer installation?
Yes, for customers local to Loomis, CA. Contact us at info@633fabrication.com for more information. For everyone else, installation is straightforward for anyone with basic mechanical experience — the bumper bolts directly to your factory mounting points using the included hardware.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes. We're located at 6221 Angelo Ct, Loomis, CA 95650. We'll notify you when your order is ready for pickup.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already started and we cannot accept cancellations. Contact us as soon as possible at info@633fabrication.com if you have an urgent situation.
What if my digital download link doesn't work?

Can I resell or share the 3D scan files or bumper plans I purchased?
No. All digital products are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without prior written consent from 633 Fabrication.
Are digital products refundable?
No. All sales of digital products including 3D scans and bumper plans are final once downloaded.
Do you ship internationally?
Not currently. We ship within the continental United States only. Reach out and we may be able to work something out.
