OUR STORY
About 633 Fabrication
My name is Ben. I started 633 Fabrication in 2023 building parts for my own truck in my parents' garage. It grew from there into a full-time custom fab shop here in Loomis, California.
Every bumper, slider, and rack that leaves this shop is still built the same way it started, by hand, one piece at a time. I have improved my process and now use a 3D scanner and CNC plasma table to make sure everything fits right, then weld it myself start to finish.
The name comes from Matthew 6:33. I thank God for the opportunity to run this business and I try to bring Him glory with every order.
HOW IT'S MADE
The Build Process
01
3D SCAN
We start by 3D scanning your vehicle's frame, mounts, and body lines. This gives us exact measurements. No guessing, no templates, no "close enough."

DESIGN
Scan data goes into CAD software where we design every bracket, plate, and gusset to fit your exact truck. You can even see a 3D model of your bumper before we cut a single piece of steel.

CNC PLASMA CUT
Every part is cut on our CNC plasma table using the design files directly, no hand tracing, no variation. Every hole, every edge, exactly where it needs to be.
04
WELD
Parts go together clean because they were cut to fit. Every bumper is MIG welded by hand. One builder, one standard, start to finish.
05
GRIND
We grind, clean, and finish every weld so the final product looks as good as it performs. Ready for paint or powder coat
